The Best Overall
I have had this knife for maybe 10 years. It is not big and impressive looking. It is plain average looking but it is my favorite knife ever. It sharpens easily and stays sharp. It is light and feels good in my hand. I use it for almost everything except hard frozen foods and pointed small cuts. I love this knife. It sticks on the magnet above my sink waiting to be used.

Stainless steel handle dicer
I had never had a dicer before. It is amazing, less messy than a regular knife, and super sharp. I also like that it is flat so that you can use it to easily scrape all the ingredients into a pot, pan, or bowl straight from the cutting board.
