Jarli Bootie (Women)

I bought these in black leather at the beginning of the winter season. They are very comfortable despite a very pointy toe and the heel height is perfect for wearing daytime to night out. The leather is soft and nice looking. But be warned, especially if considering the light buff color. The toe leather started show considerable wear half-way through the season and the leather actually peeled off the corner of the heel. While these were my go-to shoes they are now so beat- up looking that I think I'll have to stop wearing them, which is unfortunate because they would have carried over into spring nicely. Too expensive to get only one season out of them. I like Marc Fisher shoes but this one was a miss.

The good news: Looks-wise, these can’t be beat. They’re possibly my favorite boots ever. I have a black leather pair, and they’re super versatile and perfect for everything from dressed-down jeans to flirty dresses. They’re also comfortable and, in my opinion, just the right height. I get tons of compliments! The bad news: While I adore the look and comfort of these, the quality is concerning (hence my 4 star rating). After just 5 months of gentle wear, the tip of one boot is already coming apart from the sole! For the price point, I’d expect them to last longer w/o a trip to the cobbler. Pretty disappointing as I’d love to own these in more colors.
