I absolutely love Tommy John underwear and have been wearing them for years, one of the best things about them is their “quick draw” fly. As comfortable as these are upon first putting them on, two out of the three separated at the seam from the waist band after two washes. I contacted Tommy John directly and they were absolutely useless. When spending this much on underwear you would expect a company to stand by their product. Their lack of support raises many questions about their commitment to quality. I get that sometimes you come across a bad batch, fair enough. But take action to remedy the situation promptly. Do not pass it off, own the problem.

I went into Nordstrom and bought their standard boxers in February. They fit really well and I liked the quality of Tommy John. I was on a diet and when I went back to buy a pair that were the next size down I purchased these thinking they were the same. I was disappointed at first but had already opened the packaging. I am so glad I got these. The feel is soft and smooth. They fit really well and are very comfortable. Will be buying again.
