1940s Collared Blouse

This blouse is cute with the colored buttons. But the fabric feels cheap and it runs on the small size. Would like if there was a little stretch and sleeves a little bigger and slightly longer. Not worth the price for the quality. Arrived too wrinkled also. Glad I did not order the other color and am contemplating returning.
