14K Hoop Earrings

I selected beautiful 14kt gold earrings quickly from fine jewelry as a gift. Salesperson acted like I was interrupting her day. I asked to have them sent. She did not want me to tell her the address, rather she asked to read it off my phone. She transposed two numbers of the zip code and the gift bounced around in Chicago, not Lake Forest, for 3 weeks, per tracking records. I contacted Nordstrom to tell them that the earrings had been returned to them 10 days earlier. They did not have a clue. When found, I had to go back to the store. Same clerk would still not own up to having entered the wrong zipcode. I had to deliver the earrings myself over a month late!

These hoop earrings finally arrived. Tracking was stalled for 5 days, dimensions of package shipped said 1"x1"x1" I thought ok here we go again, a lost package. They were shipped in an envelope, inside is a plastic bag containing the earrings. See photo. I bought them as a gift. Nordstrom needs to do better on presentation. Disappointing. Returning.
