DISGUSTING COMPANY
Denied my return for "wrong item." NO evidence that the wrong item was sent and denial for me to pay shipping to get the item back. DO NOT BUY FROM A THIRD PARTY VENDOR, ESPECIALLY THIS ONE, THROUGH NORDSTROM. SO genuinely insane and diabolical. Ick.

Items Stolen During Delivery
The bag was ripped, retaped, and the box inside was empty. I have called Nordstrom twice with no resolution. As a former customer service manager at Saks, this is unacceptable.

Beautiful
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These necklaces were gifts for my daughter and granddaughters. They loved them but worried the chain was too dainty and would break. I have worn my for 4 days on a vacation without taking it off. I have been a little rough on it. Tough little chain! Thank you. We will buy again
