Amazing!!
Love this pan! Heavy duty and the non stick is no joke. It’s unbelievable how the food just slides around and doesn’t stick.

Don’t do it!
I spent a few months debating whether to purchase the griddle: I purchased it, loved it at first used it’s a total of 3times. First I made French toast. Then the other two times. I warmed up tortillas, yes, tortillas! And the griddle is now stained: How?! I followed the instructions on the care. According to the cleaning guide stains add character. Yeah no thanks! I understand if it’s after a few months wear and tear. But it’s been 3 days of having the griddle.

I love my pan
This is the best pan ever. I switched to caraway to avoid toxins that were in my existing pans but had no idea what a game changer cooking with this would be. My food comes out cooked more evenly, and no mess from food sticking to the pan.

Doesn’t work for me
I’m an outlier. Pancakes stick and I have to keep adding more butter. Going back to my old griddle.
