Moissanite stones very disappointed
I was very pleased with my purchase of these earrings nearly a year ago. After wearing them for some time, I took them to a reputable jeweler to have them polished and cleaned. Before leaving the earrings with them, they were tested and confirmed to be moissanite stones, not lab-grown diamonds as advertised. I immediately contacted customer service; after some back-and-forth, I was issued a refund. I am deeply disappointed by the deception and false claims I relied on when making my purchase. I would not recommend anyone purchase these earrings or anything from “Bliss”.

The diamond fell right off the screwback.
It didn’t last 5 minutes. The diamond came apart from the screw back. Returned it hoping we could get a replacement immediately but since it’s a third party seller through Nordstrom, we have to wait.
