Borderfree Customer Information
Nordstrom has transitioned to a new partner for international shopping, ESW, and has ended the partnership with Borderfree. Please note, per prior website notice, if you placed an order through Borderfree, all returns that weren't shipped by January 31, 2025, cannot be refunded or returned to you.
To identify whether your order was placed through Borderfree, please make note of the following:
- If you placed an international order prior to October 23, 2024, your order was with Borderfree.
- If you placed an international order from October 23, 2024, to November 15, 2024, you'll be able to identify whether your order was with Borderfree through the following methods:
• Check whether your order confirmation email was sent from Borderfree
• Your order number will begin with E4X
• Borderfree orders can also be identified on your bank statement as BORDERFREE 4181
About ESW
International shopping for Nordstrom products is now offered through ESW, a global e-commerce provider. ESW allows us to show all our prices in your currency and displays your final total during checkout. ESW also lets us take advantage of a fast, reliable shipping network. When you place an international order, your transaction will be with ESW, and your charge will appear on your statement as ESW-Nordstrom.
You can find order tracking information by visiting the ESW Tracking Portal and entering the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email from ESW, along with your email address. To initiate a return, visit the ESW Returns Portal and provide the order number located in your order confirmation email from ESW (a 9-digit number beginning with 50).
If you need further assistance with your order, reach out to ESW by emailing [email protected] and referencing the order number located in your order confirmation email.
How to Order
Confirm or change your country by clicking the country flag or name at the bottom of any page. If you don't see your country listed, ESW doesn't currently ship to that destination.
Start shopping! When you check out, your financial transaction and shipment will be processed by ESW. You'll see a guaranteed order total, including all shipping costs and any applicable duties and taxes.
If you're shipping to a U.S. or APO/FPO address, this is not considered an international order, and you can simply proceed through the regular Nordstrom.com checkout process.
Check Order Status
To check the status of an international order, locate the tracking number on your shipment confirmation email and check your order status on the ESW Tracking Portal.
If you haven't received your shipment confirmation email and need to inquire about your order, email [email protected] and include your order number (a 9-digit number beginning with 50) located on your order confirmation email.
International orders are not included in Nordstrom.com account purchase history at this time.
Exchange Rates
Your order total is guaranteed at the exchange rate set when your order is placed. Foreign exchange rates are determined by ESW and are based on interbank rates of exchange. These rates correspond with the average aggregate exchange rates that would otherwise be applied in an e-commerce transaction.
Exchange rates for Nordstrom.com are updated by ESW daily. Please note the final price at checkout in the event that a rate has been updated while you are shopping.
Duties & Taxes
International taxes, tariffs and value-added tax (VAT) will be calculated into your final order total during checkout. They're based on the purchased merchandise's country of origin or manufacturing and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system used by the countries that ESW supports. These charges are paid at checkout and the order total is guaranteed by ESW; you're not required to pay any additional fees (no COD) at the time of order delivery.
Payment Methods
Currently, ESW supports Nordstrom Visa, Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, PayPal®, PayPal Express® and more localized payment options. Payment methods vary by destination, and you'll see all your options during checkout. ESW purchases will be identified as ESW-Nordstrom. Nordstrom retail cards, Nordstrom debit cards, Nordstrom gift cards and Nordstrom Notes are not accepted at this time.
Shipping Options & Charges
International shipping costs will be calculated and guaranteed by ESW based on the items you're purchasing, your chosen shipping method and your shipping destination.
Unfortunately, ESW can't offer free shipping to international destinations; any shipping promotions may vary by destination.
International customers can ship to multiple addresses by placing a separate order for each shipping address. ESW cannot ship single international orders to multiple addresses at this time.
Shipping Timeline
Once your transaction is complete, Nordstrom will ship your item to the ESW shipping hub in the United States. ESW then ships your order to its final international destination.
Most in-stock items will arrive 5-13 business days after receipt of your order. You'll see a shipping range specific to your destination in checkout.
Please note that shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. To check the status of an international order, locate your tracking number on your shipment confirmation email and visit the ESW Tracking Portal.
Returns & Exchanges
Orders shipped internationally aren't eligible for free returns or merchandise exchanges; return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Final Sale Items
Final sale items aren't eligible for return and are noted as final sale in your shopping bag, in checkout and on the order confirmation page.
For UK/EU Customers
EU consumer protection regulations allow you to return a final sale item within 14 days of receipt and receive a refund. For final sale return requests, email [email protected]. Final sale returns are not available for self-service in the ESW Returns Portal.
Processing a Return
To request a return on eligible items, visit the ESW Returns Portal. Once you're in the portal, you can access your order details by entering your order number and email address. Select the item(s) you wish to return, specify the reason for return and print the return address label.
Once it's been shipped, please allow 5-15 business days for shipping and processing of your return. You'll receive an email confirmation once your return has been completed.
International order returns are not accepted in-store at Nordstrom at this time.

The Nordy Club Canada
The Nordy Club Canada and all accruals and benefits thereunder have been discontinued. As such, we are not able to honor Nordstrom Notes or points earned under the Nordy Club Canada program.
Canada
Free shipping to Canada is valid only for standard shipping on any qualifying purchase of $135 CAD or more, pretax. Express shipping is available for $25 CAD on any qualifying purchase of $135 CAD or more, pretax. Shipping costs for purchases under $135 CAD will be calculated and guaranteed by ESW based on the items you're purchasing and your chosen shipping method. ESW can't ship single Canadian orders to multiple addresses at this time.
Canadian orders aren't eligible for:

Returns & Exchanges: Returns and exchanges of purchases that were made in Nordstrom Canada stores or on Nordstrom.ca are not accepted.
Gift Cards: We are not able to accept Nordstrom Canada gift cards.
The Nordy Club: The Nordy Club Canada and all accruals and benefits thereunder have been discontinued. As such, we are not able to honor Nordstrom Notes or points earned under the Nordy Club Canada program.

Merchandise Exceptions
The maximum order value for an international shipment is US$25,000. Fine jewelry over US$10,000 cannot be shipped internationally.
Nordstrom gift cards cannot be sold or redeemed internationally at this time.
Gifts with purchase are not available for international shipping. Other products, including beauty items, hazardous materials, furs and exotic leathers, may also have international shipping restrictions. International customers will be notified to remove restricted items during checkout.
