Ship to Store

Have your order shipped to any Nordstrom location and pick it up at your convenience.
1) Buy Online

Go to checkout and select Ship to a Nordstrom Store in the shipping address section.

2) Pick Up in Store

You'll receive an email or app notification when your order has been delivered to the store. Go to Order Pickup to collect your order. We may ask to see your personal identification. We'll hold your order for 5 days. After that, the order will be returned and you will be refunded. Check your store's hours.

Gift Options

Get free gift wrapping when you pick up your order at a Nordstrom store. Choose gift options when you check out. Some items may not be eligible for certain gift-wrap options.

In-store and at-store pickup:

  • DIY gift kit (free)
  • Packaged in a Nordstrom box (free)
  • Wrapped in our signature gift wrap (free)
