Nordstrom Marketplace Terms & Conditions

1. General
Nordstrom Marketplace provides certain third-party sellers ("Marketplace Sellers") the opportunity to sell and ship their products ("Marketplace Products") directly to you through the Site. These Nordstrom Marketplace Terms ("Marketplace Terms") supplement the Nordstrom Terms & Conditions, and apply to your use of Nordstrom Marketplace and purchase of Marketplace Products. In the event of any irreconcilable conflict between these Marketplace Terms and the Nordstrom Terms & Conditions or other policies, these Marketplace Terms will govern solely with respect to Marketplace Products. All capitalized terms used but not defined in these Marketplace Terms have the meaning set forth in the Nordstrom Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to make changes to these Marketplace Terms at any time in accordance with the Nordstrom Terms & Conditions.

THESE MARKETPLACE TERMS ARE SUBJECT TO THE CLASS ACTION WAIVER, JURY TRIAL WAIVER AND BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AGREEMENT SET FORTH IN THE NORDSTROM TERMS & CONDITIONS.

2. Prices
Prices of Marketplace Products are set by Marketplace Sellers and are subject to change at any time. Price matching and price adjustment policies for Marketplace Products are set forth in the Pricing Policy. Nordstrom's coupon codes, discounts and promotions will not be applicable to Marketplace Products, unless expressly stated otherwise on the Site.

3. Payments
Nordstrom (or its service provider) will process payments for Marketplace Products in accordance with Section 6 of the Nordstrom Terms & Conditions. As between Nordstrom and the Marketplace Seller, Nordstrom will handle any payment-related disputes, refunds, credits, charge backs and adjustments, as applicable, with respect to Marketplace Products.

4. Shipment & Fulfillment
You acknowledge and agree that Marketplace Products are sold to you by Marketplace Sellers, and the Marketplace Sellers, not Nordstrom, will be solely responsible for order fulfillment and shipping the Marketplace Products. Marketplace Sellers will be provided your name and shipping address solely to complete order fulfillment and shipping. Marketplace Sellers will not be provided and will not have access to any other information or yours, including your payment information.

5. Returns
Marketplace Products may be returned to Nordstrom, subject to the Nordstrom Marketplace Return Policy. Marketplace Products may not be exchanged.

Nordstrom may provide contact information for the Marketplace Sellers; however, our Customer Support Specialists are available for your questions, concerns or other support inquiries related to Marketplace Products, and you may contact them via email at contact@nordstrom.com or by phone at 1.888.282.6060, 24 hours a day.

7. Disclaimer
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT NORDSTROM IS NOT AND WILL NOT BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR MARKETPLACE PRODUCTS OR FOR THE MARKETPLACE SELLERS (OR ANY OF THEIR ACTIONS OR OMISSIONS).

8. Disputes
Any disputes between you and Nordstrom will be subject to the Dispute Resolution procedures in the Nordstrom Terms & Conditions.
