Help your fellow shoppers by sharing your opinion about an item you purchased—it's easy!
Rate your item by selecting the star that matches your assessment. Then explain your star rating, describing what you like or dislike about the item and why. Depending on the item, we may ask some questions. For example, when you're reviewing shoes, it's great to know whether you bought a narrow, medium or wide width. If you're reviewing cosmetics, we may ask about your skin type or eye color. While you can decide not to answer the questions and still review an item, that kind of information is useful to other shoppers who may have size concerns or coloring similar to yours. We're asking for information that we think may be helpful, but you don't have to answer if you don't want to. If you're a Nordstrom employee, you are required to disclose that in your review.

Whether you're asking or answering product questions, keep the focus on that item and include relevant details in your submission. For example, if it's a question about how clothing fits, it can be helpful to include your size and body type. Our product experts or stylists will respond to questions as soon as they can, and other customers who purchased the item are welcome to weigh in as well.
Feedback Is Moderated
Reviews, questions and answers are read before being posted to our site. Keep it clean! We'll reject submissions that include inappropriate or discriminatory language, critical comments about other customers, personal contact information or web addresses other than Nordstrom.com and NordstromRack.com. Reviews associated with incentives (e.g., sweepstakes entry) will be marked accordingly. Nordstrom does not solicit or approve of fake reviews. All approved feedback will be posted within three days.
