OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR COMPLETION OF SURVEY NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT, OR COMPLETING THE SURVEY WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.

AGREEMENT TO THE OFFICIAL RULES.Your participation constitutes full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules (the “Official Rules”) and the decisions of the Sponsor which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes and shall not be subject to appeal.All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Eligibility:The Nordstrom October 2025 Customer Survey Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of, and physically located within, one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, age eighteen (18) years or older at time of entry. If a potential winner is at least 18 years old but still considered a minor in their jurisdiction of residence, prize may be awarded in the name of their parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on the potential winner set forth herein. Void where prohibited. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Entrants must have a valid email address, and it is the entrant's responsibility to update Sponsor of any change in email address. Employees of Nordstrom, Inc. ("Sponsor"), and its parents, affiliates and subsidiaries, as well as their immediate family members (herein, defined as spouse, siblings, children, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of residence and any person living in such a person's household, whether related or not) are not eligible to participate.

Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 10:00am PT on October 22, 2025, and ends at 6:00pm PT on October 31, 2025. ("Entry Period")

How to Enter/Entries: There are two (2) separate methods to enter the Sweepstakes:

(i) Online Survey Entry: During the Entry Period, if you receive an original email invitation to complete a Nordstrom Survey (the “Survey”) from Nordstrom, Inc., dated October 22, 2025, with the subject line “We want to hear from you”, follow the link and instructions in the email invitation to complete the Survey.Upon submission of the Survey, you will be automatically entered for a chance to win the Sweepstakes.

(ii) Alternate Email Entry: To enter the Sweepstakes without taking the Survey, during the Entry Period, send an email with your full name, phone number, full valid email address, and the name of the Sweepstakes to: [email protected].

Limit one (1) entry per person/email address, regardless of method of entry. If you use a mobile device to enter, standard data rates may apply.Entrants are solely responsible for Internet connectivity, software and/or hardware, and data charges that may be required in order to submit an entry. Sponsor is not responsible for late, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, lost, technically corrupted or garbled entries, any of which may be disqualified, or for problems of any kind related to entry, whether mechanical, human, or electronic. No third party entry or entry through a sweepstakes service is permitted. For purposes of these Official Rules, “receipt” of an Online Survey Entry or an Alternative Email Entry occurs when Sponsor’s servers record the entrant’s submission of the Survey or when Sponsor receives the entrant’s entry email at the email address above. Any automated computer receipt (such as a "thank you" message or one confirming delivery of entry) does not constitute proof of actual receipt by Sponsor of an entry for purposes of these Official Rules. No automatic, programmed, robotic or similar means of entry are permitted and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual using such a method. In the event of a dispute about the identity of an entrant, each entry will be declared made by the authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter the Sweepstakes at time of entry, as long as that person meets all other eligibility requirements in these Official Rules. The authorized subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned the submitted email address by the relevant Internet service provider, online access provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.Entries not complying with all rules herein are subject to be excluded; entrant’s failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. See below section titled “General” for additional rules regarding entry.

Prizes; Approximate Retail Values ("ARV"); Odds of winning: Four (4) winners will each receive: one (1) five-hundred dollar ($500) Nordstrom digital gift card. Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded: two-thousand dollars ($2,000.00 USD). Acceptance and use of a digital gift card constitute acceptance of its terms and conditions. Limit: one prize per person/email/household. Sponsor is not responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions, or any act or omission whatsoever with respect to any prize. Prizes are nontransferable, and no substitutions or cash redemptions will be made, other than as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize, in whole or in part, of equal or greater value, if a prize cannot be awarded for any reason.

The value of a prize may be taxable as income. Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes, as well as all fees and expenses related to use of the prize not specifically stated herein. Winners may be required to provide Sponsor with their valid social security number or tax identification number, as required by applicable law for tax reporting purposes, before a prize will be awarded. If the value of a prize exceeds $600, Sponsor must report the value to the Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) and will issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner for the actual value of the Prize received. See below section titled “General” for additional rules regarding prizes/acceptance of prizes.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Drawing; Notification: Four (4) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on or about November 3, 2025. Potential winners will be contacted by email on or about November 7, 2025 (the “Notification”), using the contact information given at the time of entry in order for Sponsor to verify their eligibility and confirm them as a winner.

Potential winners may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release (“Release”) at Sponsor’s discretion before they are confirmed as a winner.In the event a potential winner is unable to be notified, cannot/does not respond by the deadline set by Sponsor, either in these Official Rules or the Notification, is not in compliance with these Official Rules, or chooses not to accept a prize, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be randomly selected from all of the remaining eligible entries.

Publicity: Except where prohibited by law, entering and accepting a prize constitutes entrant’s permission, but not the obligation, for Sponsor and its designees to use their name, hometown city and state, likeness (including photographs and videos), and other personally identifiable information, for advertising, marketing, and publicity purposes related to the Sweepstakes. the Survey, and/or Sponsor in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity without prior approval, further notification, consideration, review, consent, permission, or incentive; and upon Sponsor’s request, entrant must provide written consent to such use

release: By participating: (a) Entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, shareholders, directors, members, employees, licensors, and agents (collectively the “Released Parties”), from any and all liability for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages, of any kind caused by their participation, including the unauthorized or illegal access to personally identifiable or sensitive information or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize; (b) Entrants, by participating, agree that Released Parties will have no liability whatsoever, and shall be held harmless by Entrants against any liability, for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, death or destruction of property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of the prize(s) (including any travel or activity associated thereto) or participation in this Sweepstakes; and (c) Entrants acknowledge that said parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to a prize, including, but not limited to, the prize quality or availability.

General:Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If any provision(s) of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this offer, administration of this Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of winner(s) and prize(s).If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of being executed as planned, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes is undermined by any event, including but not limited to infection by computer virus or bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, action of Entrants, technical difficulties or failures, fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, public health crisis, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Sweepstakes without further obligation. If Sponsor, in its sole discretion, elects to abbreviate the Sweepstakes as a result of any of the above events and/or disqualify any suspect Entry or Entrant, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes from among all the eligible entries received up to the date of such events.

Sponsor isnot responsible for entries that are misdirected, undelivered, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, damaged, stolen, late, or lost;or for interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections; or for computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; or for an entrant’s failure to receive a Notification or prize notice due to entrant’s spam, junk email, suspended or discontinued wireless services, or other security settings; or for Entrant’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. No automatic, robotic, mechanical Entries, or reproductions accepted. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor reserves the right to void all Entries made through any robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed, or similar entry duplication method, and to disqualify any individual using such an entry method. Proof of submission of an Entry does not constitute proof of receipt of Entry by Sponsor. Any Potential Winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.If there is a dispute as to the identity of Entrant or a dispute, or potential dispute regarding the Entry or any third party rights, or if Sponsor has reasonable grounds for suspecting any breach or abuse of these Official Rules by any person involved in an Entry, the affected Entry will be deemed ineligible in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Neither Released Parties nor any service providers are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of Entry information, or for any human or other error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data or voice transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost or misdirected mail, or any injury or damage related to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes. Neither Released Parties nor any service providers are responsible for typographical or other error in the printing of Sweepstakes materials, the administration of the Sweepstakes, or the announcement of the winner, including any such error as may give an erroneous indication that a prize has been won.CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE, TAMPER WITH THE ENTRY PROCESS, OR OTHERWISE UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO COOPERATE IN THE PROSECUTION OF ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL(S) AND TO PURSUE ALL REMEDIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

PrivacyPolicy/Personal Information:Entrants’ information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes may be shared with an Administrator to execute the Sweepstakes and/or deliver a prize. By entering the Sweepstakes, you acknowledge that Sponsor and any such Administrator may use any personal information collected as part of the Sweepstakes in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, located at: http://shop.nordstrom.com/c/nordstrom-privacy.

Governing Law: By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agreethat any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants or Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, or prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The parties hereby consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in King County, Washington in any action relating to these Official Rules or the Sweepstakes. Any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event shall include attorneys’ fees. Under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED SOLELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION AND ENTRANTS WAIVE THE ABILITY TO BRING CLAIMS IN A CLASS ACTION FORMAT.
