Pans are great and seem like they will heat well. I cannot wait to try them out tonight. I would give a 5/5 but for two issues. First, I need a few uses and second, one of the rivets on the handle on the large pan is slightly loose. Nothing bad and I do not think it will be a problem but it does have a slight wiggle when using the pan.

Great overall pan, it's got a nice weight to it, and good heat retention.
