I recently purchased this item in December of 2020 and have used a handful of times. Recently while using, the black rubber O-ring fell out broken and it will not pump. I am wondering if you can advise me as to your warranty or a suitable return policy. Thank you.

Wine pump review
I bought this to preserve my wine. After about a month of using it a little round gasket fell out of the pump and it was not intact. Now it doesn’t work at all. I did like how well it worked up to this point. Is there a part that I can order to fix it?

Vinegars and Oils
I received this as a gift but not a huge wine drinker. I found this really perfect for removing air from specialty oils and vinegars and keeping them nice and fresh. Can now store these items in the pantry with increased shelf life. No more rancid oils and vinegars, no more pouring dollars down the drain. Easy to use, and many applications.

great preservation
When I dont finish a full bottle of wine I like to store it the best way possible. This system removes the air easily and the stoppers hold tight. It preserves the wine at its best until its time to enjoy the rest. The handle is comfortable to use and the simple design means its simple to use.
