How it's made: The SIGMAFORGE® knife is forged from one single piece of steel and fitted with an ergonomically curved three-rivet handle. The FRIODUR® blade is ice-hardened to -57 Rockwell Hardness for long-lasting sharpness and resilience.
Additional features: Full tang ensures superb stability, while the curved bolster encourages cutting with improved precision, safety and comfort. The polymer handle features a matte white finish.
