Great product
Great product! It easily cuts lamb chops, whole chicken, and goat into curry-sized pieces. It cuts through the bones cleanly without shredding or splintering them. Very sturdy and works exactly as expected. Highly recommended!

Cookers dream tool.
As I love cooking, it was one my dreams to have this quality meat cleaver. Well balanced ergonomic meat cleaver. There is no need to talk about the TOP quality. This is just ZWILLING!

Perfect butcher knife for thin fish steaks
The ergonomic knife handle was perfect to penetrate a big bone piece and cut it into perfect Slices. The bone penetration was perfect and the edge sharpness retention has been wonderful so far. The design makes it easier to balance the knife and make thin and even cuts. This is our first knife with zwilling family and love to buy more!
