Could be better; nice and sharp
I have some of the older models and they have a better design in terms of the protection from the blade next to the handle. If you slip your hand forward on the handle, your finger will hit a very thin, almost sharp, part of the knife blade. The older ones had a protective splay of steal to prevent this.

Great product, great brand representation.
Chef Matt took the time to teach us everything from knife safety basics to explaining which knife was ideal for each situation that we were planning to use them for.
