A beautifully polished rubberwood knife block holds an accompanying assortment of 5 premium kitchen knives, a pair of kitchen shears and a sharpening steel (while leaving space to accommodate extra cutlery). Each knife is forged in Germany from a single piece of high-carbon stainless steel and fitted with an ergonomically curved three-rivet handle, allowing you to cut, chop and slice with improved precision, safety and comfort. The edges—precision-honed and laser-controlled—can be sharpened in full from bolster to tip, while the raised handles provide knuckle clearance for easier slicing.
