This stainless steel and ceramic nonstick pan that's great for frying up eggs or veggies is a true kitchen workhorse.
What it does: Clad CFX features Ceraforce XTREME ceramic nonstick, a revolutionary coating that is 50% longer lasting and 3 times more durable than the brand's previous nonstick. When paired with the even-heating 3mm aluminum core, you’ll enjoy perfectly browned and braised dishes that don’t stick. Chef-friendly features include no-spill pour spouts and comfortable handles that allow for easy maneuvering.
Additional features: It is safe to use with metal utensils and is ten times more scratch resistant than other pans. A pouring spout and flared rim provide clean and dripless pouring. The tempered glass strainer lid ensures easy monitoring of cooking and has handy built-in strainer. Also, the comfortable stay-cool handles offer maximum maneuverability.
Compatible heat sources: Oven safe up to 400° F.

Pancakes stick like glue
Great on usage one. Food started sticking half way through use two. Use three, pancakes stuck like glue. Never used above medium heat.

Replaced my aging Teflon but even better nonstick
I had reservations replacing my 5-ply Teflon pan that I used daily for breakfast and often for other meals. This pan is just as heavy for even heating but everything slides out of the ceramic coating even better than the Teflon.

NOT Non Stick
Not sure if I received a defected product, but it’s not non stick at all, food sticks to the bottom all the time unless I use excessive amount of oil and very difficult to wash off.
