How do you want your steak?
Great thermometer! I love that it has the option of an instant read or you can leave the probe in to monitor your cooking. Really easy to read, easy to use. And the rechargeable battery is a game changer. I've lost count how many thermometers I've thrown out because the battery died in the drawer. Great gift for any grill master or turkey roasting chef.
