Not sharp by any means
Just got this set for Xmas. Nice set of knifes.
BUT. They are not sharp at all. Like they are dull like a butter knife. All the reviews say how razer sharp they are cutting through meat.
Did they forget to sharpen mine? Or am I supposed to go get them professionally sharped ??

Great durable and sleek set of knives
Love the wood box and presentation the sleek design. The feel in hand and overall balance. I've had knives that are very bottom heavy and constantly dropping. That's not the case here. Cuts like butter and goes well with my flatware set

Elegant Dinnerware
This is the second set of these knives we've purchased in order to complete serving for 12 that we needed.
The knives are elegant, we'll crafted, feel balanced when in use. The sharpness makes cutting meat effortless and we love the ergonomic handles. Durability is a given, our first set is over 10 years old and they look as good as the ones we just purchased
