Responsible Down Hooded Jacket

Did not have the lint or down coming out noted by others. It’s a great jacket. Bought at the last minute on the way to Death Valley camp in February. Kept me warm during the day but not too warm or suffocating like synthetic fills. The nights dipped down to 20s. This jacket saved my life when my supposedly 20 degree sleeping bag (synthetic fill) did not keep me warm. Writing a bad review for my northface sleeping bag. It does run a little big so it’s perfect to have two layers under which was what I did. 5’4 and 130 pounds, bought Small, and grey, a nice change from all the black jackets. (It would have been perfect for everyday fall/winter wear if it was 2 inches shorter for styling.)

I just received the jacket today so haven't worn it outside yet, but it fits true to size - I wear a 12 or Large in tops - and I feel that I will be able to layer a sweater or fleece underneath if needed during the winter. It's not too fitted through the body and gives some extra room through the hips, which will make it easier to sit down in, especially while driving. The quality seems good, it feels warm and light, and the color way Grey Kitten is just a perfect neutral grey that will go with a lot of colors. The tag inside my jacket says November 22, so that must be the manufacturer date? I have yet to see if it sheds down as some of the other reviews stated. I'm going to go ahead and purchase the Purple Nebula color way too, as I'm loving it that much!
