sent wrong item on purpose
This coat went on sale for $299 during the thanksgiving week sales, so I bought it. They sent me a different ugly coat, what in the hopes that I’d keep it?? The shipping label is correct! Now the webpage is showing as a few left back at the regular price $399. This is shady and not the quality control I expect of Nordstrom.
