I love these Zella leggings, although I wouldn't consider myself an extra-small, which is the size that I wear. I wish they were a tiny bit shorter on the length because if you don't want the crotch to hang down, you have to bunch them up around the ankles. But I'd rather them longer than shorter. Overall, great quality. They retain their shape very well; the fabric doesn't pill. I really love them! By the way, wearing an XS, I am 5'3" and weigh 125 lbs with slightly thicker legs - if that helps anyone decide on their size. I had to exchange the Small I initially bought for a better fit with the XSmall. But otherwise, great item! Hope they have them again next winter so I can get a few more pairs!

NOT the same live-in leggings
I was very excited when the live-in leggings were included in the anniversary sale. However, I quickly realized these were not the same live-in leggings that I love and literally do "live-in". I ended up returning the ones I had purchased during the sale and explained to the very friendly lady working in the active section that the quality had gone down hill. Not only are they no longer reversible, but the fabric is much cheaper. The fabric and quality I'm used to is soft, stretchy, thick and compressive. This newer fabric is scratchy, thin and not supportive. The assistant told me that they were exactly the same and the difference between the reversible and non-reversible was that they had a special shipment for the anniversary sale. Months later I am sad to say that the live-in leggings I love are no longer available as Nordstrom continues to sell the newer, worse version. I am really disappointed in Nordstrom for lowering quality, especially since Zella is their house brand. It used to be pretty much a no brainer for leggings: Zella or Lululemon; Zella used to win. Now that the quality is no longer there in the Zella brand I have no problem paying over $100 for the Lulu leggings. I really hope Nordstrom reads these and realizes that their long term customers definitely notice a difference. Please bring the old live-in leggings back!

truly live-in leggings!!!
just tried these on in the store! love them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they really do live up to the name. so... comfy and flattering!!! they make your legs looks so slim and long!!! i can't wait to wear mine to yoga tomorrow!!! make sure when you wash these pants not to use any fabric softener and do hang dry!!! i bought another pair of zella pants with the same type of fabric and they got ruined because i didn't follow instructions!! also never wash them with towels!!! the fabric is similar to lululemon fabric and this is how they instruct to wash things!!! if you are going to spend this much money on leggings make sure you don't ruin them in the wash like i have in the past.

Greatest leggings in the world!
These are my FAVORITE leggings that I have ever owned, they are SO soft and comfy and long and such a great price, they are perfect for wearing everyday or running or lounging...I wash them constantly and they do not fade like regular black legging. I will totally buy more pairs and hopefully there will be more colors soon!!

I am *extremely* fussy about my workout clothing. These leggings have made me completely happy. They don't show sweat, have enough weight to not show sins, they are black and STAY black - not shiny, wider waistband that doesn't slide down when I'm working out (and gives a smooth, no muffin-top look that even the skinniest will get with smaller elastic), and they wash and wear beautifully. I usually keep my workout clothes just for working out, but I've taken to wearing these with dresses and boots. I love them. I'm mad that I didn't discover this brand earlier. :D I'm hooked.

PLEASE BRING BACK THE OLD QUALITY!!
I have over 6 pairs of "this" style and I literally do live in them. I recently bought another one and noticed that the material is completely different. The old pairs were thicker and had a good quality feel to them... the new ones are really thin and too pricy for what they are. I hate to say this but they look and feel cheap. These WERE my go to black leggings that I wear everyday and also work out in. Now I need to find another pair of plain black quality leggings.
