Kids' Carey Ribbed Funnel Neck Pullover

This item was brought to my attention by a blog I follow for petites as an alternative to the adult version. I love cozy layers, especially now during winter WFH so was very interested to try it out. I had to stalk the website until the XL size popped back into very limited stock but managed to snag one in the ivory. It's cute and comfortable; it feels more substantial as opposed to soft, but I don't mind. The striped texture makes it reminiscent of corduroy; the fit is loose but structured and not sloppy since material is heavier weight. The dolman sleeves help elevate it from a usual sweatshirt as well. XL hits right around my hip; I'm just under 5'2". It goes well with joggers and jeans too. I liked it so much I stalked the site again until the navy showed back up in my size! I have yet to wash either, but hopefully they will hold up well as another reviewer posted.

I initially purchased the white/cream color as a Christmas gift. My daughter loves it so much she asked for another in a different color. The sweater is soft and not overly thick but just perfect for cool/cold days. It isn’t so bulky that she cannot layer a jacket over it on really cold days. It is a loose fit. Washes and dries well. I wish this sweater came in adult size. Great sweater, great price.

I'm 5'1" and 112 lb, and though I'm an adult, this sweatshirt fit me well in an XL. I also bought the XS in the adult version of this sweatshirt, which was an oversized look. This sweatshirt in XL actually fit better--not too short or long, and the sleeves were the perfect length. I love how I can be put-together and still be comfortable while wearing this sweatshirt!
