Perfect Summer Dress
This is a great summer dress that is TTS, comfortable and is cut perfectly. I appreciate that is not very low cut, I love the length, adjustable straps and smocked back. I wish it did not have pockets so it would lay flatter on the hips but, it's not a big deal. 100% cotton is wonderful in hot weather.
