Zaikes Western Boot

I only gave 1 star to get a review written. Received these boots in horrible condition. If I didn’t know better, I would have thought it was a joke. They were clearly worn, as the bottom of the boots were dirty and the heels had marks on them. But the biggest laugh was that one of the boots had a chunk of the leather completely off of the front and back of the boot. I called customer service immediately after receiving them, provided pictures and while she was very helpful, I honestly didn’t appreciate having to waste my time and gas on returning something that should have gone in the trash in order to get a refund. When I took them to the store, they were shocked that I was sent something that looked like this. I have been a long time customer of Nordstrom and have never seen anything like this. I never write reviews, but I had to write one for this. Do better Nordstrom and don’t have people waste their precious time and gas on returning something that clearly shouldn’t have been sent to anyone in the first place. I wasn’t able to ship them back by mail because they didn’t come in a packing box. So annoyed……

I’m 5’7” 125 lbs size 8.5 and they were huge around my calf. The fit normally in the actual foot portion of the boot but the way they fit on the calf was unwearable. They are really slippery on the bottom too so keep that in mind.
