Special in every way, from fabric to style

First, the fabric is gorgeous, soft with a slight shine from the cut velvet pieces. The color is fabulous, sheer blue with a delicate black paisley pattern at the base. The style is elegant, beautifully crafted at the shoulders and neckline, which does not flop open, but lays in a flattering way.
