Christy Lace Embellished Racerback Silk Camisole

I ordered this cami online and I can't say whether or not I like the it because I never received it. When I opened the box that SHOULD have contained the cami, there was no cami. Instead of this $298.00 cami, I received a $30.00 The North Face mini backpack. I called to let them know and they "began" the refund process. I then took the mini backpack back to the store so they can do whatever it is they need to do in this situation, and I have yet to receive my refund. So, not only do I NOT have the cami (it is no longer available for order), I don't have my $298.00 plus tax refund. Someone needs better quality control. This is not the first time this has happened and it's frustrating when you order and expect to get one item and receive something completely different, have to call in to let them know, then spend your time and gas to take the item to the store for return, then wait forever for the refund to process because someone was not paying attention to what they were doing. Come on Nordstrom. Have someone double check the ordered items before they are sent out and process my refund. Your customers expect better.
