Z.N.E. Woven Drawstring Pants

I bought ZNE woven pants last year thst I loved. I thought I was buying the same pants when I purchased this. Unfortunately only the material is the same. While this is called the same exact thing, the cut and fit and even the build is completely different. I feel like I got scammed. Why would adidas call two very different pants the same exact thing?
