What it is: An ultra-pigmented lip stain that covers your lips with a rich, creamy texture that delivers a long-lasting matte finish.
What it does: It delivers high-impact color with ultra-comfortable, creamy, soft wear thanks to its nondrying formula. Featuring the brand's iconic Tatouage Couture applicator with a wider and fuller surface, it offers full coverage and high precision application in a single stroke.
How to use: Use the uppermost tip of the applicator to line your lips as you would with a pencil. Turn the applicator on its side to brush the matte formula onto your lips.

This color is so beautiful! It seems like a blooming flower, very youthful.

How is this 8 hour?
This is NOT an 8 hour lip color. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong, it it doesn't stay on. Tried it 3x now, applying less each time, so it would even dry to a matte and it just doesn't. Really disappointed.

Good but not great
I liked that it has a pleasant scent and it glides on well but that being said, it does not stay on for more than a few hours. The other thing that disappointed me was that it bleeds/smears outside the lip lines. For the cost of the lipstick, it did not meet my expectations, did not live up to its advertising, and it definitely wasn’t bang for my buck.

Beautiful Lipstick
I got Nude Emblem because I loved how it looked on the picture and it’s a color that can be used every day for every occasion. I was disappointed to see that it has more orange undertones than I expected. There’s no description of the colors which is a must when selling online.

Highly Pigmented but too Glossy and Creamy
I received my Yves Saint Laurent Tatouage Couture Velvet Cream Liquid Lipstick today in color 201 Rouge. Unfortunately its not matte at all, it truly is a cream lipstick. It smells great, highly pigmented, and goes on wonderfully but never dries and stays creamy which I didn't like. It got on my teeth, it bled outside my lip line, etc. I still prefer a less creamy of a lipstick in my 40's.
