What it does: This formula features light-diffusing micro-pearls and is infused with energizing moonlight cactus flower from Morocco and 1% caffeine. How to use: Pump one dose onto your fingertip then smooth gently around the eye contour on both the upper and lower eyelids. Massage with your fingers to awaken the eye contour.
