What it is: An air-whipped, two-in-one mousse formula for both your lips and cheeks.

What it does: It beautifully highlights your lips and cheeks while delivering a soft, sensual matte finish.

How to use: When applying to your cheeks, use the applicator to dot onto the apples of your cheeks then lightly blend outward with your fingertip. When applying to the lips, use the pointed tip of the applicator by dotting color on your upper and lower lips. Blend with your fingertip. Add color to build coverage.

Nice Blush!

I am really enjoying this blush. It looks like a nice flush as though you just came from a brisk walk in the cold or just had a great work out. You can intensify the color by applying more coats but I don't think it's really needed. You only need about 4 or so dots on the apple of your cheeks then blend it in and it looks lovely and natural.

No... just no

I was so excited to try this out after looking at the rave reviews... Not only was the product not pigmented but it also smelled excessively fragrant. I would recommend trying these in-store first if you are not sure which colors are going to work for you. I didn't like the texture or the feel. I tried six colors and only one looked like it wasn't washing me out. Most colors don't seem to suit tan/olive complexions. For reference, I wear Warm Honey in Bobbi Brown and NC-37 to NC-42 in MAC. Lesson learned- nothing even comes close to Giorgio Armani Lip Maestro. I returned all the YSL Kiss & Blush products I got and went back to buying more colors in my tried and tested Armani Lip Maestro. The only saving grace of this product was that it worked very well as blush. But it defeats the purpose of buying it. I wanted this product to do what it claimed- work for the lips and the cheeks- but it fell short. I couldn't justify using these just as cream blushes because I have quite a few from Nars, Bobbi Brown and Armani anyway. For the price, I expected nothing short of an amazing product and this is a grave disappointment. The YSL glossy stains are more pigmented and comfortable to wear. I would recommend trying the glossy stains and the Touche Eclat foundation. They are easily YSL's best products.

Good as a blush, lips not too much.

I've bought the product (shade 03 Rose Libre) because of my love for cream blushes. It is fairly pigmented, 3-4 dots on each cheek will add enough color, spreading nicely. It looks even nicer with a setting spray on top to make the color more dewy. Setting powders don't work well with this though. However as a lip product, this isn't a very good product. It gets on your lines and hugs any dry patches, which rarely ever happen on my lips. It also doesn't last very long and takes a long time to dry. Overall it has a soft mousse consistency, and is fairly pigmented. This has no shimmer, which I enjoy. It has a lovely rose fragrance, but it could cause skin irritation for some. If you want a blush, this is a decent option, but as a lip product you are better off buying a tinted lipbalm.

Love the color pop

Great color in Fushcia Desinvolte but I don't love the oddly shaped doe foot applicator. I do apply a bit of gloss over it for some added moisture as this product is more stain like in texture.

Kiss and Blush

I have very pale skin with neutral undertones, I use 01 Fuchsia Desinvolte as a lipstick & blush. Others have said it's too pigmented for blush, but I think that can be avoided by using a blush brush instead of applying straight from the tube or with your fingers. I swipe a little on the bristles and swirl the tip of the brush on the back of my hand before applying on my cheeks. I like the air-whipped texture, semi-matt finish and high pigmentation. The shape of the applicator is nice too. Not as long wearing as a traditional stain but offers more moisture and shine. I plan to purchase more.

I second jaent's emotion

I agree with this reviewer: i use this as a lipstick more than blush...texture is like mousse and not dry like other matte lipstick. very pigmented....i have to say that i use it more as a lipstick than blush but have tried it as blush as well. March 5, 2015, by jaent I was so excited to get my hands on rouge effrontee because I hoped to use it for a chilly flush like Snow White (I'm MAC nc15-nc20) and it was toooo intensely pigmented, even when I applied the tiniest bit. Also was not that easy to blend. HOWEVER, it's very nice for lips. Jaent described it aptly. Giving 4 stars because it's really not a multi use product as advertised, in my experience.
