Received product and has a jingling sound coming from the inside. The contents also do not hold warm for very long at all, just made hot coffee was getting cold within an hour. Wrote a review earlier but haven’t heard back. I also tried to submit a help request and the site won’t give me the option to.

Lifetime tumbler
I had had this mug for 5 years now! It has been amazing! These things are keep things piping hot for hours and they are extremely durable!! This tumbler has been with me from the mountain tops in Colorado to the beaches in Florida. It even held up when my jeep got jealous and ran it over!
