Customer input.
I give the cup 5 stars. I give the company 1 star for the unprecedented arrogance for ignoring customer input.
It’s 30 degrees out side, you have a nice hot cup of coffee. Your hand is holding a 30 degree steel heat sink in you hand! Make us a neoprene sleeve for our mugs!
PS: enough with the “Terms & Conditions”, it’s just a product review!
PPS: I was guessing Yeti to be a New York or New Jersey company. Never in my wildest imagination it would be Texas!

Yeti cup
The Yeti is great. I was very disappointed you NO longer engrave names on the mugs. I’ve purchased many from you and the engraving made the gift very special!

Love the texture
I have quite a collection of Yeti tumblers and this might be one of my top three favorites. I love the look and really love the texture! As always, the quality is top notch.
