I wear a true size 6. According to the designers chart size, 4-6 is a small. But I could not get the skirt part on at all, so I did not try any further for fear of damaging the dress, considering it came with multiple tags and cords, obviously to prevent from wearing and returning. The color was beautiful but I could not try it on to make any sense of whether it fits your curves as shown in the photo.
