Not true to size
Shoes were not a true 7 1/2 to begin with. They stretched too as I wore them once. Advice: order a half or whole size smaller than usual. If they fit they are a beautiful red with a reasonable heel length.

Not the same as prior Donald Pliner shoes
Unfortuantely for the price this style wasn't all that comfortable so I returned. I noticed that Donald Pliner shoes are now being made in Brazil and not in the mountains of Italy as they once were. I believe this is showing up in the lesser quality and comfort of the shoe.
