This dress was elegant and beautiful and I loved the pockets! but the top where the v comes together was not made correctly so it had a slight pucker and Alterations could not fix it. . There was delay with my order due to a communication issue, but the store manager Tamara at the Southcenter mall in tukwilla got right on it and I received my dress on time! she even connected me with Laura who put together accessories and Alterations so my experience in the end was Excellent Customer Service they both even went the extra mile to check on me after my event. I loved the dress but the dress was delivered with the security tag on the dress. I bought the dress for a black tie wedding that was out of the country. I did not notice the security tag until I was in the other country getting the dress altered. There are no Nordstrom stores in the country I was at, and I was panicked that it would damage the dress if it was not taken off properly. In the long run everything turn out ok, and the dress was beautiful.
