WHERE DID THE SERVICE GO?
DRESS WAS TOPS BUT SERVICE IS A NEGATIVE STAR. SECURITY TAG WAS NOT REMOVED AFTER 2 PHONE CALLS NOTHING CAN BE DONE TO OUR SATISFACTION. I NEED TO TRAVEL 3 HOURS TO THE NORDSTROMS STORE TO HAVE IT REMOVED OR SHIP IT BACK AND IT WAS THE LAST DRESS AND CAN NOT SHIP ME ANOTHER ONE. TRAVEL 3 HOURS TO AND BACK WITH NO COMPENSATION FOR MY TRAVEL TIME AND EXPENSE.
