Odd sizing, too cowboy-ish

These looked cute online. However in person they're a little too honky for my taste. The gold heel makes it slightly more elevated. Had the top been cut straight across it may have saved the look. Sizing is strange, they're very narrow and long. Had a good 2" of space at the end before my toes, although I did size up to 7.5 from my usual 7. There is no side zipper so putting these on is a real struggle!! Plus the inside is pure plastic making it even harder to slide your foot in. I have a high instep and arch. I should've known better not to buy a slip-on or pull on style. The ankle is also very wide...I can see these not lasting very long for shape.

Country meets the City!

The boot is the perfect heel height and comfortable. Love the look of the heel as well. This ankle boot is the perfect combination of country meeting the City. From the first time I wore them people complimented on them. Love the feel of the leather as well. Overall the perfect boot with a skirt, shorts or my favorite, a pair of wide leg jeans.
