I am a dentist and I do not recommend
The ingredients are not supported by research and do not help your teeth, you might as well brush with water. I recommend a toothpaste with fluoride. If you’re anti-fluoride then choose a toothpaste with xylitol.

The ingredients are not supported by research and do not help your teeth, you might as well brush with water. I recommend a toothpaste with fluoride. If you’re anti-fluoride then choose a toothpaste with xylitol.

Nice Flavor but Not for Sensitive Teeth
Used for about a week and started experiencing severe tooth pain and sensitivity that was not there before using this toothpaste.

Love, love the Cinnamon
I now have two favorites cinnamon is my favorite for right now. It makes your mouth feel clean and fresh especially if she like that little cinnamon taste, and it whitens which is great I also like the rose flavored as well, but I think this cinnamon has
