I had high expectations for this one.
I love the outside of the bag. The inside however, looks and feels very cheap. The material on the inside is very thin. And the bag doesn't hold much makeup. I'm so disappointed. I usually love everything Melt creates but this one is a NO from me.

Had Potential...
...ruined in packaging! It arrived squished into a plastic bag, which appears to be the original shipping wrapping. The case was crushed so the sides were all warped. Too bad. Cute idea. Poor execution by Melt.

Disappointed
I’ve been shopping with melt for years and have purchased some of their other cosmetic bags before. This one is so cute and the concept is adorable, but the quality is so disappointing. It feels so cheap and you can see the seam of the outline of zero like it was put together very poorly. I love this bags overall concept and space but the quality of their items have definitely been going down unfortunately. Maybe it was a fluke?

Disappointing
When this arrived, the main zipper immediately broke because the metal loop holding it to the actual zipper wasn't closed all the way. With some maneuvering with some pliers, I got it back on, but noticed that the zipper itself was also broken. The word melt is now just "me" with a part of the "l" snapped in half and the entire "t" gone. Really disappointed about that. Also, the quality of the bag is just low. The Zero is only held on by a few stitches around the edge. Just disappointed overall.
