x Sacai Thigh High Boot (Women)

I was one of the few fortunate souls to find a pair of these in Chestnut in my size (7). And unfortunately, I ended up returning them. Broke my heart. The problem for me was that the shaft is way too tall for my 5"4 body. They literally reached where the sun doesn't shine. No problem, I thought. I could just fold the tops down a bit a show the gorgeous shearling inside. However, that created so much bulk between my thighs that I couldn't walk straight. I looked like a bow-legged cowboy....and I dont have large thighs on my size 6 frame. Sadly, I'm afraid these may best be suited for 6' tall runway models.

They look AMAZING on!!! Standing and that’s about it…. I’m 5’9” about 135 pounds I did have to lace them quite tight so they wouldn’t slide when I walked then when I did walk my thighs bowed out. It DID NOT look sexy…. They were extremely tall went all the way to my cha cha which for awesome but not able to walk in them. So sad cuz I realllllllyyyyyy loved them

I looooove these boots. I saw them on Nordstrom and thought, wow, who in their right mind would buy Uggs that expensive? And then I had a ski trip and thought, hey, maybe I would. There was only one left and it was in my size (after being fully sold out for weeks), so I took it as a sign. Scarcity mindset, I guess. As one of the victims of the 2000/2010s Ugg craze, I haven't bought a new pair in years and thought I had enough to last me a lifetime. When these came, I was so glad I took the chance. They are SO soft. Unbelievably so. I'm not sure if the lining changed since I last bought a pair, but these were ultra-luxurious. The platform was also really fun. I'm already tall, so I ended up being close to 6 ft in these. The only downside I would say is if you are curvy or fuller figured, these will NOT close at the top for you. I ended up putting an extra hole in the top two straps for a chance for them to close and only the second to top would do it. The top really needs an extra half inch or so. They truly are above-the-thigh high, though, and were grazing the bottom of my bum despite my height and disproportionately long legs. They do fold down though and give you a lot of different looks. My favorite was probably when they were folded all the way down so that they looked like furry bell bottoms and the rest of the shoe wasn't visible. Full disclosure - they are quite heavy. I had to use a checked bag to bring them on the trip and didn't have much else in there, but the bag took a lot of effort to lift. Their bulk also makes them a bit difficult to walk in when not folded farther down; you may end up waddling a little. I love them so much that the few downsides do not take away from the 5 stars for me, though. Get them if you can!
