These are so beautiful, but way too large, heavy and painful. They hit me right under the ankle bone.

The shoe is really ill fitting all around

Read all the reviews that this shoe runs large so instead of my normal 9 I ordered 8.5. The 8.5 technically fits well, but it took me 5 minutes to get the shoe on due to the narrow ankle opening. Think stiff knee high boots that don’t have a zipper misery. Literally had to throw my whole body weight into it and was frustrated out of breath by the time I got it on. I have very flat feet so I don’t think it’s a high arch problem?? I emailed Proenza Schouler directly and they said it’s possible I received a defective item, but they look perfectly normal and due to all the other reviews about terrible sizing I don’t think it’s defective, I think I’m just a true 9 trying to fit into an 8.5 shoe opening because that’s the length that does actually fit me in this shoe once I got it on. Tldr these are impossible to get on and are NOT slip on shoes. So sad I will be returning :(

Nice shoes, but way too big. I will return for smaller size. Best to try on in person as always.

Ugh I wanted to love these but all these negative reviews about the fit were true!! These clogs are somehow way too big and too small at the same time. The opening is too small to quickly or easily get your foot in. Once you do manage to shove your foot inside, there’s so much room between your foot and the upper that it’s impossible to walk without feeling clunky. I imagine these would be impossible to break in.
