What it is: A rich liquid liner that allows you to line and define with the precision of a warrior, in limited-edition Black Panther-inspired packaging.
What it does: Now in two new shades, this liquid formula boasts long-lasting, 24-hour, waterproof wear. It goes on effortlessy and can be applied with its own brush to draw an exacting line.
How to use: Use the applicator or a 210S Brush (sold separately) and apply the liner to your lash lines with an upward flick at the outer corners for lift.

its ok
The color is good but the formula is nothing like the black. It needs to be used at the same time as the black to accent your eyes. Not alone also it’s not as dark as I would have hoped.

Disappointed
I'm very disappointed in this eye liner. Color is beautiful, packaging beautiful but the eye liner itself did not live up to the hype. It goes on thick, doesn't dry quickly and transferred when I touched it.

This liner does need a moment of drying time but then once it dries it sets to a 24-hour waterproof finish. Try Pro Tip of applying with MAC #210 Synthetic Precise Eye Liner Brush so the formula doesn't seem as thick. Take a closer look here: https://bit.ly/MAC210B. Another option is when you pull the brush out of the container, lightly graze the side with the brush tip to wipe off excess product.
