I’ve had a pair of Sambas in my wardrobe since middle school. When one pair wears out or gets too beat up, I buy another. They’re simple and stylish (goes with anything), and provide a nimble, close to the ground, feel. Great on the indoor field or a music festival. Whatever life brings, these shoes’ll carry you through it. The price has certainly gone up over the years, and I miss the embroidered patch that used to be on the OG’s tongue (its screen printed now), but the shoe remains a solid everyday wear.
