What it is: A limited-edition, ultrapigmented, stay-all-day gel liner designed in collaboration with Disney and available in limited-edition colors that last.
What it does: The long-wearing, waterproof formula makes it easy to create clean graphic lines.
How to use: Using an eyeliner brush, draw a line of your desired thickness along the lash line. Drag the liner out toward the temple for a bold wing. Use as a cream shadow by applying the gel liner in your desired shape and using a clean fluffy brush to blend the edges before the product sets.

I got this separate as they didn't have the HT collection at the time. It's AMAZING. The color payoff is incredible. It's so smooth to apply. It would make a good budge proof base. I could apply it perfectly with a cheap brush! I'm getting more for sure.
