Defective items
I tried reaching the general email and it bounced back a couple of times. The Christmas palette had the white shade broken and the making Christmas gel was dry.

What's this?!
I grabbed these as a set while they were on sale. I wanted this one more than the Halloween town palette, but I'm an avid fan and collector, so I grabbed both. I like this one better for the versatility. I noticed I have to build up some of the lighter shades, but that's not a bad thing, just a learning curve for people who aren't used to working with pigments or dry matte shadows. It isn't an every day palette, but it creates some fun and unique looks. I'm glad it's in my collection.
