The neck is tiny
This looked great on our three year old, but the neck was so tiny that it hurt him when putting it on or taking it off. After a few times of using it and struggling to get it on and off, we had to rip the collar to make sure our son wasn't in pain. Our son has a slightly below average sized skull too, so that wasn't the issue.
