What it does: Designed for durable and PFAS-free performance, this sauté pan heats quickly and evenly so you can dial in the right temp for your meal. The diamond-infused ceramic-nonstick coating is free of forever chemicals and makes for easy release of food. Use silicone utensils to help extend the life of your coating.
Additional features: The long handle with stay-cool silicone grip gives you total control and comfort and is inspired by restaurant kitchens. The chip-free rim with an enclosed edge helps protect the pan from damage. The glass lid lets you keep an eye on your food and keep heat in.
